hello my loyal reader , u know who are u right? so here i am since almost half year this blog are not updated. currently, i am on my semester break waiting for my another year for my medicine school. so yeah, as i promise from my prev page, i want to continue tell u about my other posting right> so here we go!
next posting after i finishing all my 3 posting before which i had mention it in prev pages, im continue with medicine and paediatric posting. so what i learned in both posting were super interesting and amazing and was totally new experienced for me.
sorry if this entry acah acah nak write in english even tho sumpah macam budak sekolah, i admit that i am not good in English writing.. hahaha after all medical jargon,kind of bit difficult want to write in Layman term.
what is medicine posting and what are the differences between this posting comparing to other posting? so medicine posting describing the whole world of medicine. we learned thoroughly all the common disease affecting the human population in our country, Asian and world such as Diabeter Mellitus, Hypertension, Acute Coronary Syndrome(salur jantung tersumbat) that usually the commonest cause leading to heart failure, all the lung disease such as Pneumonia(lung infection), Acute Pulmonary Odema(paru2x berair), liver disease and etc.
remembering of few cases that really touching my heart, from one case of a man, an elderly with heart failure requiring a surgery for making a base for hemodialysis. (buat tapak untuk cuci darah, buang air lebih dalam badan untuk mengelakkan bengkak di badan terutama di paru-paru). this uncle asked for delaying the surgery because he was worried and scared about the operation.. i try to talk with this uncle and told him about how the operation will be going on, i try to entertain him, listening to his story and gave him a little bit of support.. the next day, in the morning, i went to the ward again looking for him, i was kind of surprised when i know that he went for the operation, i went back in the evening wanted to see him for chit-chat, he looking at me with a big smile and said "pak cik cari kamu tadi pagi, pagi da buat operation da, betulla tak sakit pon:))", i felt wanna to cry at the moment... then he asked me to write my personal data for him to make memories. he also praying for me, that the wonderful feeling after my bad day, when someone praying for my success and happy life, (semoga pak cik ni akan sentiasa sihat dan dipanjangkan umur. amin).
another case that im faced through, a 50+ Malay man with 3 disease, heart failure, chronic liver disease and had develop hepatorenal syndrome, (complication liver disease affecting kidney function), this case i chose for my case write up, .the reasoned was because admire his spiritual, the strength to fight for his life. i followed up this uncle almost every day to know his progression, seeing him and his wife, one day, i heard doctor told his wife that his condition was not in good, the next day, he was in comatose state due to hepatic enchehalopathy (toxin goes up to brain and disturb brain function). but the moment that touched my heart when he can only recognize and keep mentioning one of his favorite doctor other than his wife. this situation make me realized that, no matter how hard and stressful our life in becoming a doctor, we need to always be kind and love our patient sincerely even they have no blood relation to us. i hope one day, i will becoming a good doctor and saving a life so my patient will always having me in his Doa. In Shaa Allah.
